A home with an inviting and mouth watering smell such as fresh baked cookies or apple pie.  Put some cookies in the oven before showings and open houses.  Or stop by Yankee Candle for a quick fix.  Earth tones or light pastels including colors such as light green, mocha brown, and yellows are very soothing as well.

In 2007, the Mortgage Debt Relief Act was passed in an attempt to help the millions of homeowners who, due to the housing crisis and economic crash, suddenly found themselves in danger of losing their home to foreclosure.
