At a recent Keller Williams Realty International Convention, Mega Camp + Mega Technology Camp & Technology Masterminds, I had the amazing opportunity to hear TJ and Nathan from Google speak. TJ and Nathan not only spoke about the Keller Williams Realty and Google collaboration to help our associates achieve more through Google Business Apps, and Google's upcoming innovations and technologies, but Google as a company. When your company name is now a commonly used a verb, we should all watch, listen and learn. Go Google!
Hearing about Google as a Company was one of the most inspiring things, I've ever heard. Googles values, nurturing of staff ideas, and encouragement to think big and then think bigger than that was outstanding! Their culture is top notch. In fact, as I continued to listen, it felt as though they were describing the Keller Williams Realty Culture.

We are starting to see listing price increases on home prices in Abingdon and don’t expect things to change at this time. Considering buying a home? No worries, you can still find deals on a house in Abingdon. The key is having a great real estate agent that understands how this market works. The worst thing you can do is to continue to wait.
